LURAY, Va. — Skyline Drive winds for 105 miles in Shenandoah National Park, along the crest of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The winding serpentine road provides panoramic views of the Shenandoah Valley to the west and the Virginia Piedmont to the east as it meanders through lush forest. The more than 70 scenic overlooks offer mountain vistas and access to various natural wonders.

Alongside the stunning landscapes, the park also offers views of diverse wildlife, including deer, black bears, and numerous bird species, making it a haven for nature enthusiasts and casual travelers.
